Facilitated by a unique blend of touch and verbal dialogue.

An approach to the Self -
through and with the Body.

Pantarei is a psychosomatic, intuitive form of bodywork.

  • Psycho = from the Greek psukhē, meaning soul, breath, mind — the invisible realms of thought, emotion, and spirit.

  • Soma = from the Greek sōma, meaning body — the physical vessel through which we live, sense, and move.

Together, psychosomatic means “of the mind and body” — not as separate entities, but as one living system, each influencing the other in constant dialogue.

The Approach meets you exactly where you are — whether you’re fluent in your body’s language, or just beginning to tune in.

Through a unique blend of touch and verbal dialogue, that acts as a magnifying glass and helps to get more in tune with your own Self and Body.

It invites a deeper connection between your body, mind, and spirit — without trying to “fix” anything. Instead:

We listen & transform. Together.

Principles of
the Practice

  • Every Body holds wisdom.

What we feel, resist, desire—it all lives in the Body.
    We create space to listen.

  • No fixing. No rushing.

You are not a problem to be solved.
You are an unfolding to be witnessed.

  • Flow is foundational.

Inspired by the Greek phrase “panta rhei” (everything flows), Pantarei honors change as natural, rhythmic - like the different states of water that are constantly in motion, flow and flux.

  • The Body becomes an ally.

A safe, resourceful, explorative space — where insight rises through sensation, and transformation through it's witnessing.

  • This practice is for you if:

    • You want to build a deeper connection with your body

    • You’re curious about how to get into deeper connection with your emotions & sensations

    • You want to go beyond — through the body and beyond verbal therapy (bottom up approach)

    • You’re ready to explore challenges not just as blocks, but as invitations to transformation

No need to push.
No need to label.
I walk beside you
— with presence, in touch & compassion.

Because your body remembers.
And when you learn to listen—
You return to yourself.
